2. Changes to the Terms

9. Player Accounts
Only one Account is permitted per individual, household, IP address, or device. Multiple Accounts may result in suspension and confiscation of associated winnings.
Accounts are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes or shared with third parties.
Bonus eligibility is limited to one bonus per Player, household, IP address, payment method, and contact details.
10. Anti-Fraud Policy
The Company enforces strict anti-fraud measures. Any suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to collusion, multiple Accounts, chargebacks, or exploitation of promotions, may result in Account termination and forfeiture of funds.
Identity verification documents may be requested at any time. Failure to provide valid documentation may result in suspension or confiscation of winnings.

11. Deposits
Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the Player’s own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
The minimum deposit amount is 20 CHF or equivalent. Deposit limits vary by payment method.
Deposited funds are subject to a minimum 1x wagering requirement prior to withdrawal.
12. Withdrawals and Refunds
The minimum withdrawal amount is 20 CHF or equivalent. Withdrawal limits depend on the selected payment method.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit.
The maximum withdrawal limit is 7,500 CHF per week and 15,000 CHF per month, unless otherwise stated.

13. Assignment of Claims

Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be charged a monthly administrative fee of 10 CHF or the remaining balance, whichever is lower.
